We are dedicated to our channel and can assist with the provision of data sheets in print or electronic form as well as marketing campaigns. We do on occassions advertise within business publications and pass out opportunities through to resellers that have invested time, self marketed business and or demo stock where applicable.

Our team will support all elements from network or videoconferencing presales calls, video meetings, or on site at the customer, reseller or our own through to implementation and installation on to post sales support. We operate hours to incorporate most European time zones and have 24 hour telephone support for the essential customer requirements. Email is monitored around the clock and we run service and support options to manage and maintain most hardware including ZyXel and Cisco Routers and Firewalls, VOIP solutions, and TempuraVIDEO solutions including LifeSize end points bridges and gateways.

Support services where applicable are backed off to manufacturers to include software updates etc as in the case with Cisco Smartnet. Where we provide the solution though we take full responsibility to see it through to rectification. All logged calls are responded to within 2 hours, and generally we supply service support where the fix is within 24 hours*¦

Our finance team are here to help make things happen. They are seen as a sales support organisation and not sales prevention. We have an alliance with an IT services focussed leasing company to be able to offer OPEX monthly leasing packages as well as offering options such as Credit and Debit card, Direct Debit Accounts, Trading Invoice Accounts in UK GBP, Euros or US Dollars. For complex contractual based services we can also invoice on your behalf and pay commission for the services. We can also bring together the different elements of a service or solution to bring it altogether on a single bill.
