Lifesize Device Software Subscription

DSS (Device Software Subscription) are the warranty packages (previously called AMS – Assurance Maintenance Services) are mandatory for a minimum of 1 year on all new equipment and software purchases (doesn’t apply to Cloud App Subscription). The service provides software updates via a self service portal and advanced replacement warranty in the event of hardware failure. Options at purchase of 1 – 5 years and again at renewal up until an end of support announcement mean the solutions can be maintained and covered for years after purchase against failure. DSS includes Endpoint registration to Lifesize Cloud App for endpoint registration avoiding the need for public IP Addressing, point to point calling, and centralised management. 

Tempura have enhanced the offering with additional Assurance Plus or Assurance Critical services to provide additional support in the event of any problems.
