The Lifesize DSS (Device Software Subscription) is a mandatory warranty and support service for all new Lifesize equipment and software purchases (excluding Cloud App Subscriptions). Previously known as Assurance Maintenance Services (AMS), the DSS ensures continuous protection and support for your Lifesize devices.
