Meeting Room Signage – Book a room directly from the touch screen at the entrance of the meeting room or from your Exchange or Office 365 messaging system. Whether it is a few rooms or hundreds, equipping them is possible thanks to its lightweight and scalable infrastructure.
Display your meeting rooms’ status and inform your employees and visitors of their availability thanks to Meeting4Display software. Indicate the name of the room, the topic of current and future meetings, as well as their organizers’ identity. It is also possible to indicate that a meeting is private, in which case Meeting4Display hides the details. From the display’s interface, consult current and upcoming meetings. The day’s timeline is displayed at the bottom of the tablet, allowing the user to easily and quickly see room’s status. Book the room directly by clicking on one of the slots.
The ProDVX Panel works with Meeting 4 Display software to turn on a LED light to indicate the room’s status (green: free / red: booked).
Thanks to the functionalities of our integrated Mobile Device Management solution, you can manage your touch screens remotely: update, monitor, alarms, inventories…
User authentication
Meeting4Display software is equipped with features such as authentication by PIN code or NFC in order to access the reservation. Thus, meeting rooms may only be booked by authorized personnel, ideal especially in places frequented by persons external to the company.
Also with the aim of securing room booking displays, Meeting4Display offers the possibility to hide access to booking actions, making booking only possible via the company’s messaging system.

Meeting room occupancy statistics
With Meeting4Display, collect occupancy statistics for your meeting rooms and optimize their use. From the Meeting4Display administration interface, check your room usage statistics: Number of meetings over a period, time and percentage of occupancy, average number of meeting participants.
Display corporate information with your tablet by configuring a standby/digital signage loop. An interaction with the tablet automatically interrupts the loop and displays the Meeting4Display application.
