Many connectivity partners will use Virgin Media to deliver the fibre to the premises and then hand-off the service on to their own network which is in almost all cases is an inferior network. Tempura are a distribution partner for Virgin Media and so supply Virgin tail circuits on to the Virgin Internet back bone service meaning that clients gain from the vast investment of the Virgin network end to end.
Services are based on 100Mb or 1Gb bearer circuits and provided with bandwidth starting at 10Mb on the 100Mb bearers and 100Mb on the 1Gb bearers. Circuits are monitored around the clock from Virgin Network Operation Centres and provided with a managed Cisco router which is installed as part of the commissioning of the service.
